Hi Doug!  Am uploading now -- thanks for the heads-up about the new
release.  I'm not changing the CRAN stuff, just the debian distro
tree.  You can copy to CRAN if you'd like, or just leave it the way it
is.  I haven't made any significant changes.  One small patch did not
apply (no longer needed), removed the .rej file and an old .dhelp, in
addition to the chmod on the doc dirs.
