[ESS] ESS 18.10-1 patch released

Yes, I am referring to MELPA Stable.  Is it likely that someone can 
change the git tag to 18.10.1 or somehow otherwise get the new release 
to MELPA Stable?  There is no urgency for me; I just wanted to keep my 
ESS up to date.
