[ESS] Auto-Complete in Julia

I was able to fix this problem by switching from Emacs 23 to Emacs 24.

However, I do have a question about another issue that I have:

When I'm using the Julia REPL, tab completion works as expected. 
However, when I'm editing a Julia file and I press tab, the cursor moves 
to the beginning of the line as opposed to completing the symbol I 
started typing. I tried various values of ess-tab-complete-in-script and 
ess-first-tab-never-complete with no success.
