Interesting. I can see Pdf Rnw R are light blue, underlined.
Point and click on Rnw or R, minibuffer writes out:
"Use M-x make-directory RET RET to create the directory and its parents"
I do M-x make-directory
and minibuffer says
Make directory: ~/data.table/doc ?
I say OK, then I have a new empty directory.
I installed emacs23 as well, I see same thing. For any package's
files, it asks me to create a directory, but the directory it asks to
create is interestingly different. The Rnw file from Amelia asks me to
create
~/Amelia/doc/home/pauljohn/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/3.0/
I had this problem yesterday with R-3.0.2, but now my system is more
out of whack. When I went to sleep, the R update from the CRAN Ubuntu
folder happened and, although the package is named R-3.0.3, the
running R session claims it is the beta version, so I need to figure
out how that happened and back out of it.
