[ESS] Emacs taking over CPU (Frank Harrell)

As I said before, the reason is eldoc [more precisely the inability of
ESS to reliably detect when R process is busy]. And it was there in
12.04+. I will solve it some day, but for now C-g should work whenever
that happened. There is no reason to get nervous about it.
