[ESS] Make ess-help reuse one and only one buffer?

This sounds wonderful! At least for me, the workflow is often:

running commands
something wrong/uncertain
look up help
go back to commands (leaving help up for reference)
things get fixed and keep typing/running commands
something wrong/uncertain
look up help --- now my windows start getting split
....
eventually close some

Having an easy option would make life fantastic! :)
