Yes and no.  There is no automated linkage between them.  So, it
is a manual process to keep them in "sync".  "Sync" is in quotes
because the two repos also differ in philosophy so they will not
necessarily be identical:  SVN is currently the official repo while
git is mainly for experimenting which is more in tune with the
clone and hone architecture.
