[ESS] ESS 5.14 and ?? shortcut syntax

Hello!

I've just updated to ESS 5.14, and found that "??" shortcut for
help.search is still not supported. I tried to report that properly
ages ago, but the bug tracker was (and probably is) broken -- my
report seem to be lost.

So, if anyone cares,

1) Run R.
2) > ??test

Help files with alias or concept or title matching ‘test’ using regular
expression matching:
...

[This is correct]

3) Run Emacs and ESS:
4) > ??test

No documentation for '?test' in specified packages and libraries:
you could try '???test'

[This is incorrect]

This seems to be very easy feature to add. Hopefully I can make the
developers aware of this little issue.
