[ESS] 5.11 on Debian stable?

Hi,

First I apologize if this is an off topic question.  I am running
Lenny (current stable version of Debian), and I am wondering if there
is an easy way to get the latest version of ESS and Emacs?  I was
thinking something along the lines of what deb
http://<favorite-cran-mirror>/bin/linux/debian lenny-cran/ does for R
and CRAN.  Googling leads me to believe I can get close to the most
recent versions with lenny backports, but I am very new to using linux
and the whole package system so I thought I would ask before I go
bumbling around.
