[ESS] R-Xemacs ESS printing issue

Without wishing to undermine the excellent work that John Fox put into
providing useful guides for running ESS+Xemacs on windows, an easier
route today would be to use Vincent Goulet's package for Emacs:

  http://vgoulet.act.ulaval.ca/en/ressources/emacs/

(John's page does also say now that his work is not being actively
maintained, whereas Vincent's work is up to date.)

Perhaps your printing problem might be resolved by using this version?
