[ESS] suggested improvement to ess-eval-function-or-paragraph-and-step

I am a big fan of ess-eval-function-or-paragraph-and-step bound to C-c
C-c

However, in Sweave files, when I am inside a code block, C-c C-c
evaluates the last "@", that delimits the code block.

Given that a single "@" on a separate line is rather special (I don't
think it is valid R, but I am unsure about it), would it be possible
to some code to the function that checks whether a line (perhaps just
the last line) is Q and then not submit it to the inferior R process?

Thanks
Kasper
