Hi Ken:

Of course!  Didn't I say inferior-SAS-args?  I've never heard of
inferior-ess-start-args.  Usually, if it say ess-, but not ess-sas-,
ess-bugs-, whatever, then it really means ess-S/S+/R.  This kind of
naming has lead to endless confusion.

But, I'm still disturbed that modifying sasv9_local.cfg didn't
work.  No user should have to deal with this.
