[ESS] Updated instructions/init file for XEmacs and Windows

Dear list members,

Thanks to Rodney Sparapani, I was able to simplify further my init.el file
and instructions for using ESS with XEmacs under windows. The new materials
are posted to my web site at
<http://socserv.socsci.mcmaster.ca/jfox/Books/Companion/ESS/ess-xemacs.pdf>.
Now one only has to (1) do a default install of Xemacs; (2) download and
unzip ESS; (3) download my init.el file.
