[ESS] opening pdf or postscript browser after ess-eval-...

Sounds useful.  But I don't think it *(or similar functionality) is implemented.

There have been a number of useful features proposed recently (this is
one, my other favorite was to redirect unsucessful help-page requests
to help.search and end up with a clickable apropos list).
