[ESS] RGUI not responding

No!!! If I had R would have launched every time I started Windoze.  I 
think I'd have noticed!

It's not Emacs that's doing it, it's Xemacs.

opened Xemacs with a file --no-site-file open

loaded and byte-compiled it.  Didn't load R process but did when I 
asked it to.  When I asked it run a simple R file it did.

If I knew I would have fixed it!  I am genuinely not aware that I 
have tweaked anything beyond doing the installation of Xemacs and 
ESS.  I love Xemacs on Windoze and ESS and I love emacs which I use 
on my Debian servers over ssh terminal sessions but I'm no programmer 
nor do I think I can justify learning elisp.  

OK.  I think there's a clear message coming across that something's 
has been badly shot so I'm going to delete Xemacs entirely and start 
again!
