[ESS] Suggestion for lazy help

AFAIR, it has worked for me both in R and S-plus 
for Linux and GNU emacs --- "forever"

BTW, if you are in a *help(.)[....]* buffer,
you can use "h" instead of C-h C-v --- and of course it works
there too ---  as long as the thing you are pointing to is a
valid *object* (since it currently uses the "name completion data base").
Which fine for most things in R (and S-plus IIRC), but not all,
e.g. it fails for 'Arithmetic', e.g., even though
help(Arithmetic) is perfectly valid.
