[R] and [ESS] Starting ESS

Please also keep in mind that ESS has its own mailing list, and you're
likely to get more useful help there.

ESS is an add-on for (X)Emacs, so you need to install (X)Emacs before you
can install ESS.  Prof. John Fox has a very good set of instructions on how
to set it up on Windows.  I believe the link to that is on the ESS home
page.
