[ESS] Problem with C-c Return

Hi guys,

I'm running ESS 5.2.5 on WinXP and GNU Emacs 21.3.50.1
(i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)

I used to be able to use the key combination "C-c Ret" to copy previous
commands to the prompt, and based on the help info this key combination is
supposed to call "comint-copy-old-input". However, it appears to be broken
now as I get the following error

comint-insert-input must be bound to an event with parameters

and the current key definition calls "comint-insert-input". Also, using iESS
menu item "Copy input" results in the following error:

Symbol's function definition is void: comint-copy-old-input

Has anyone else experienced this?

Cheers,

Andreas
