[ESS] ESS-Version under Xemacs

Í am sorry that I did not explain precisely what I ment. It was the binary
version of (X)Emacs that is far behind. For Xemacs the current stable
branch is 21.4.17 and the Windows binary I found is 21.4.13 and as far as I
could find this is from 2003.
For GNU Emacs I found the current stable Release 21.4 (Feb 6, 2005) and the
latest Windows binary seems to be 21.3 from Mar 10, 2004.
Maybe I am wrong, but that is what I found. And I know, it is off topic in
ESS-help.
