ESS 5.2.1: ess-toolbar and Mac OS X

To follow up Rodney's point, yes, unless you've got a recent CVS (<
1-2 month old maybe) version of Emacs, the toolbar won't be
available.  Either update CVS Emacs, go back to 5.2.0, or just
temporarily comment out the (require 'ess-toolbar) code in ess-site.el
