Toolbar support for ESS

Hi,

The development version of ESS now has toolbar support.  It offers
icons as an alternative way of sending regions of code to a running
ESS process, and starting new R/S processes.  It is currently of most
use when editing files in R-mode or S-mode.

Would anyone on ess-help object if this facility was on by default in
the next release of ESS? Note that if your toolbar is disabled in
other Emacs modes (e.g. by (tool-bar-mode 0) in recent versions of
Emacs), it won't appear in ESS modes.

(The current alternative is that to enable it, you'd need to add a
couple of lines to your .emacs file.)
