inferior mode echoes w/ emacs 21.1

Yes this is fixed in ESS-5.1.20, which will be out within a week.

I don't remember the details of thomas.baumann's patch, but if I remember
correctly he identified the changed spot in emacs 21 that we had
to catch up with.  With 5.1.20 you can use the standard comint.
