ESS Can not Invoke SAS on NT

Ted:

Unfortunately, interactive SAS doesn't work on Windows.  You can highlight a 
region and press C-F3.  That creates a temporary file which is submitted, but 
that's the best there is at the moment.  If emacs supported OLE, then it would 
be possible for interactive SAS, but no one has written that functionality TIKO.
