ESS Can not Invoke SAS on NT

Hi Rodney,
OK. This works. I put in the variable ess-sas-global-unix-keys.
F3 launches the SAS code in batch mode.
Still, the interactive mode does not work. That is, M-X SAS does not work.
So I can not submit a region or one line of SAS code.
Do I have to install cygwin to make it work? I do not have cygwin as of
now.
Thanks,
Ted
