ESS Can not Invoke SAS on NT

Hi Rodney,

I checked the value for shell-file-name from the XEmacs menu
Options->Advanced->Variable

It is

C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CMD.EXE
[State]: this option has been changed outside the customize buffer.

This is the correct path for dos shell. I am not sure the additional line
below has any extra meaning?

I can drop the code from emacs to SAS editor. But that is not as convenient
as submitting code from within ESS.

Thanks,

Ted
