FWIW, remember that you can obtain the contents of the annotation
files (the NA32 Affymetrix files) with:
library(Biobase)
library(oligo)
raw = read.celfiles(list.celfiles())
eset = rma(raw, target='transcript')
featureData(eset) = getNetAffx(eset, 'transcript')
head(fData(eset))
