Hi,

As discussed in Seattle, here is a link to existing efforts for agreeing 
what is "Minimal Information about a High Throughput Sequencing Experiment"

with a view that we might want to make our infrastructures compatible,
and possibly participate in that discussion.

In the good tradition of MIAME, this is a conceptual description, not a 
file format or alike.
