[R-sig-hpc] gputools question

The gputools package calls the library libcula.so which ceased to exist 
after version 2.1. In newer versions, CULA changed the library names to  
libcula_core.so and libcula_lapack.so.

The configure file of gputools needs to be modified accordingly.
