[R] file.show() may have some bug?

Dear Rusers,
   when i try file.show(" xxx.h") in Rstudio which using R3.0.2, it doesn't show anything. But when i use file.edit("xxx.h"),it shows the right file,  It is the same thing happen to xxx.c file.
May you explain it to me?
