[R] Removing rows w/ smaller value from data frame

Hi

change max_dt do PISIX class and use standard comparison operator and use the result for selecting rows.

 [1]  TRUE  TRUE  TRUE  TRUE FALSE FALSE FALSE FALSE FALSE FALSE
