[R] multiple density plot

Hello I am looking for a special plot.

Let's suppose I have *100 days and 
                                          *each day I have a (1D)
distribution of the same variable.

I would like to plot 
*dates on x axis and 
*one distribution per date on the y axe. Do you know a way of doing it ?
