[R] Coloring Counties in a State Map

I think that first you need to tell us 
:what kind of map you are using, 
what mappig package(s) you are using
Why you want the colours and what data set you are drawing on to get these colours (Note it possible provide some sample data (See ?dput as a way to do this
And provide any code that you have already developed in trying to do this.
