Honestly, I wasn't sure what you wanted to do with 'group'.  Here it is with
the 'group' variable deleted

library(data.table) 
dt=data.table(x[,-1]) 
dt[,lapply(.SD, function(x)weighted.mean(x,myweight)), keyby='myweek']
