[R] Rstem package not available anymore?!?

Dear List,

I tried installing the Rstem package from omegahat.org using my old  
command

install.packages("Rstem", repos = "http://www.omegahat.org/R", type =  
"source")

but it seems omegahat.org is down. Any word on when it will be on  
again (if ever)?
