[R] EMACS and ESS

only for about a week now....
I had been told (by Alex Lancaster, the Fedora-maintainer of its
ESS package) that it was only for Fedora-devel; maybe my
misunderstanding.
For that reason I had only updated the web page
    http://ESS.r-project.org/
without making a "big" announcement 
[ which would have been to the ESS-help mailing list,
