thanks for first but it works not really right. y axis should be the
values for columns and the x axis just the rowname (2590617, 2590616
etc). it belongs always two point together (one for column prostate and
one for column breast). they should be positioned above. additional the
standard devation should be shown for every point...
for a better understanding see attached file...
