[R] psi using .C with R

Anybody know as run the function psi on


 http://www.alglib.net/translator/dl/specialfunctions.psi.csharp.zip

or

 http://www.alglib.net/translator/dl/specialfunctions.psi.cpp.zip

 using .C or  .Fortran ?
