Dear all
Sorry to bother you.
I have a GLS model:
modela<-gls(pop2~pop1-1 + ccs + pop1:ccs,data=data2,corr = corSpher(c(5, 0.5
),form = ~ latitude + longitude, nugget = TRUE), method = "ML")
I was wondering how I can work out how much variance is explained by the model
AND by each term.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Debbie Russell
