[R] which syntax to use for ordered logit

Hi everybody,
i am like to do a ordered logistic model, but cant figure out which  
syntax / library fits best.
i´ve answer possibilites in a matrix (-1 0 1 2 3), these are saved as  
factors.

i guess i need something pretty basic. i tried VGAM, polr but  
received not what i wanted.
Whicht library / package / syntax woud you prefer ?
