[R] problem with tune.svm

The function `tune.svm' has no `range' argument, use `gamma' and `cost'
separately. The idea is to make `tune.foo' a `vectorized' function of
`foo' in the parameters. If you want to preconstruct a list, use

tune(svmobj, ranges = ...)

instead.
