[R] Use Rterm in rxvt for Cygwin?

Rterm doesn't work (interactively) in Cygwin bash on our machine (Windows 2000
SP 3, R 1.6.1).  (Not that I need that functionality). It gives error like,

Use Rterm for batch processing does work, however.
