[R] analysis of means

Dear List,
an alternative method to ANOVA is the analysis of means (ANOM). The ANOM
has two advantages over the ANOVA: 
if any of the sample means are statistically different, the ANOM
indicates which ones are different; 
the ANOM allows to easily evaluate the practical significance of the
differences. 
I would like to know which R-package contains function(s) for ANOM ?
