[R] using R source as a library (a) for our own C++ code

Dear all,
I want to use the Fisher's exact test developped for R in my own C++
code. I try to do it and look for help but find nothing. I tried to
compile directly the file "fexact.c" but it call a lot of other
codes....

So I wondered if it is possible? If so how to do?
