[R] Documents in Docs directory

Hello R-users:

this is about the documents for the packages in the subdirectory
docs/packages at the CRAN tree (i.e. acepack.pdf, etc...). When I try to
read them, I get the error (14) message out of acrobat reader. This is not
a very informative error message. Can anybody tell me what is the "trick"
to enable reading the docs files.
