[R] Multiple imputation and PCA

Hi again,


Sorry for all those you read my earlier message. I forgot to put the question in
relation to R.

After you get average estimates for the scores and loadings outside of R, how can you
reintroduce these data back into R, so that a biplot from princomp can be done on these

average estimates?
Afternatively, can average estimates of scores and loadings be combined from different
pca analysis directly in R?
