[ESS] emacs and ess with quarto and knitr and friends

Hi Chris
I'm no quarto expert, but emacs MELPA has quarto-mode package which
recognizes qmd files and lets you edit like Rmd/Rnw etc (based on
polymode)
I have not heard about any ESS quarto tutorials but if you do
find/create some, please share.
