Stephen, sorry, one other thing. in 4, you don't add `poly-noweb`, but in 5, you have ---- (add-to-list 'auto-mode-alist '("\\.Rnw" . poly-noweb+r-mode)) ---- is that an inconsistency? cheers, Greg
