[ESS] Emacs Modified for Windows now 64-bit

Title pretty much says it all: with version 25.2-modified-3 released a couple of days ago, I moved the Windows distribution to 64-bit. I guess it's time we move on. More details here:

There was also an update of the macOS distribution:

With Git becoming increasingly prevalent these days, I'm starting to consider including git.el in the distribution, or even magit. Any thoughts?
