[ESS] \delta for julia?

Hi Ross,

Since I found company-mode cumbersome, I wrote a simple wrapper for
Vitalie's excellent math-symbol-lists using quail. You can try it here:

Feedback is welcome, I am not an experienced Emacs programmer.
