[ESS] "An indirect buffer cannot visit a file."

Incidentally, if you use ibuffer, you can remove the extra appearance of
.Rd files in the Buffer List with this:

  (add-to-list 'ibuffer-never-show-predicates "\\.Rmd\\[r\\]")
  (add-to-list 'ibuffer-never-show-predicates "\\.Rmd\\[poly-head-tail\\]")

  (add-to-list 'ibuffer-never-show-predicates "\\.Rmd\\[fundamental\\]")
